As I attempt to utilize the German language in everyday life, one of the biggest problems is how few words I actually know. In an attempt to expand my vocabulary, Mrs. Grafakos and I spent a rather amusing evening posting sticky notes all over our host's home.

In addition to the obvious (and easily accessible objects) we also rooted through cupboards to ensure that our host would still be finding evidence of our visit long after we return to Newburyport. Allow me to assure you that we did in fact label everything and Mrs. Grafakos nearly died laughing the other night as she watched our host (temporarily) remove sticky note after sticky note just so she could cook dinner.
